The Logistics Leaders Circle is part of The Leaders Circle, a private network of influence connecting selected leaders across strategic sectors. Its logistics circle brings together individuals with experience, judgement and decision-making authority to anticipate the sector's defining challenges and help shape its priorities.
Beyond each gathering, The Logistics Leaders Circle strengthens a trusted network for exchanging strategic insight, challenging perspectives and building valuable relationships among those leading the transformation of logistics.
The Logistics Leaders Circle does not follow the format of a conventional conference. There are no commercial presentations or expert panels designed for passive listening. Gatherings are deliberately limited in size, and every attendee participates actively to challenge perspectives, align priorities and strengthen the sector's capacity for influence. The Leaders Circle assigns each attendee a role within the gathering—such as Circle Host, Circle Ambassador or Circle Expert—according to the value they can bring to the group. Circle Associates carry this work beyond each edition, expanding the Circle's knowledge, relationships and influence.

THE CIRCLE
A confidential space for attendees and associates who make key decisions in the sector.
The Logistics Leaders Circle holds a private annual gathering that brings together 48 carefully selected leaders for a full day of direct conversation about the most relevant issues shaping the present and future of logistics.
Unlike conventional conferences and forums, the agenda and subjects of discussion remain private and are not disclosed publicly in advance. No official statements are issued, press access is not permitted, and no recordings, transcripts or photography are allowed. Conversations take place under the Chatham House Rule and strict confidentiality.
The Logistics Leaders Circle provides an independent environment where attendees and Associates can exchange perspectives freely, challenge established thinking and build trusted relationships without the constraints of their corporate or institutional positions.
Strict confidentiality
Under the Chatham House Rule, attendees may use the knowledge gained, but may not attribute any contribution or reveal the identity or affiliation of the person who made it. The agenda, conversations, content and conclusions remain reserved exclusively for authorised attendees and associates.
Participation in a personal capacity
Each attendee contributes in a personal capacity, exercising independent judgement and without acting as an official spokesperson for their organisation. Their contribution is grounded in experience, knowledge and professional responsibility.
Associates and attendees
The Leaders Circle is funded exclusively through its Associates to preserve its independence. Those invited to participate in our gatherings will cover the costs associated with their participation.

The value of The Logistics Leaders Circle lies in the experience, judgement, capacity for influence and willingness to contribute of its attendees and Associates. Candidates must therefore be recommended by an active Associate of The Logistics Leaders Circle.
A recommendation allows a candidate to submit a candidacy, but does not guarantee selection or a place at future gatherings. Associate status and participation in each gathering follow separate validation processes and are always personal and non-transferable.

Share an Executive Perspective
The Logistics Leaders Circle is, above all, a space for listening, reflection, influence and personal and professional growth. The Circle remains attentive to transformations, innovations and new perspectives capable of shaping the future of logistics and enriching the judgement of its attendees.
Professionals and leaders from outside the Circle who are developing a relevant, innovative or disruptive technology, solution, experience or initiative may request that the Council consider its potential interest.
This request is not an application and does not grant access to the gathering. Only proposals that pass the Council's preliminary assessment will receive a private invitation to formally submit an Executive Perspective.
